Instant Pot Wild Rice

I used to feel quite intimidated by the thought of cooking wild rice. It seemed challenging and extremely time-consuming. Admittedly, I wasn't really into rice when I was younger, but I've certainly come to appreciate wild rice now.
Now that I own an Instant Pot, I can't imagine living without it. It simplifies meal preparation and makes it nearly foolproof.
This is probably the easiest side dish you could ever make.
Ingredients:
1 cup dry wild rice
1 1/2 cups of water.

Directions:
Wash the rice and place it in the Instant Pot. Pour in the water.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure the pressure release valve is set to sealed.
Switch to "manual" mode for 20 minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release for another
20 minutes. Take off the lid and drain any extra water

That is all there is to cooking wild rice in an Instant Pot. Told you it was simple.
