Kitchen Conversions

I saw this wooden trivet at a local craft fair with a kitchen conversion chart on it, and thought what a clever idea. I have no idea who the creator was; their information was not stamped on the back, and the sticker that was there has washed off.

I don't know how many times I was either doubling a recipe or cutting one in half, and had to go look up the amounts. A completely inconvenient solution when you are in the middle of a project.
