Oyster Cracker Snack

Sometime back, a friend at work brought in a "snack" to share with the team. It was the first time I had ever seen anyone use Oyster crackers for something other than soup. Talk about a simple and inexpensive snack. They are the perfect bite-sized, salty, seasoned, and crunchy snack for any time.

Tools needed:

Baking sheet

Parchment paper

Bowl/gallon zipper bag

Spatula or spoon

Measuring cup

Ingredients:

1 bag Oyster crackers

1/4 cup light oil

Garlic powder

Ranch seasoning

Directions:

Place the crackers into a gallon zipper bag or a large bowl, drizzle the oil over them, and mix thoroughly to ensure all the crackers are coated.

Pour the crackers onto a prepared baking sheet and spread them into a single layer. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Ranch seasoning, then stir to mix evenly.

Bake at 200° for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

Store in an airtight container.

Notes:

You could add red pepper flakes to spice these up. Or any seasoning you like.
