Squeaky hinges

You know when you are trying to be super quiet so the hubby or kids don't hear you open the snack cupboard door? Or the baby is sleeping, and you try to close the door, and that obnoxious loud squeak completely wrecks the plan?

You look and find that you are out of "WD-40", and can't just run to the hardware store to pick more up... try cooking spray.

No kidding, it works.

If you don't have an aerosol can, take a cotton swab, dip it in a little cooking oil,

and rub it on the hinge, problem solved.
