I've tried making muffins with box mixes, mixes from plastic bags, and homemade recipes from various cookbooks and online sources, but none have matched the quality of this particular recipe. Needless to say, this has become my "go-to" recipe. This is seriously easy, and if you do any amount of baking, there is a good chance you have everything you need to make these fabulous muffins. Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (You could use 1 1/2 cup all
