According to "Medline Plus" (see link below), "Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness." I think it's pretty safe to say that at some point, we have all, at one time or another, felt some anxiety in our lives. The daily news alone can put one in this state of being, not to mention the pressures of social media. There are some things that we can add to our daily routine to help reduce the amount of anxiety that can affect us. Here is an essential oil blend that may help.

Ingredients:
Lavender Essential Oil: 10 drops (calming, reduces stress)
Frankincense Essential Oil: 8 drops (grounding, promotes peace)
Cedarwood Essential Oil: 6 drops (stabilizing, reduces tension)
Copaiba Essential Oil: 4 drops (soothes nervous system, promotes relaxation)
Carrier Oil: Fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil (to fill the 10ml bottle)
Instructions:
Add the essential oil drops to an empty 10ml roller ball bottle.
Fill the rest of the bottle with your chosen carrier oil, leaving a small space at the top for the roller ball to fit securely.
Secure the roller ball top and cap, then gently shake to mix thoroughly.
Label the bottle with the blend name and date.
Usage:
Apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, temples) or behind ears.
Use 1-2 times daily or as needed during moments of anxiety.
Inhale deeply after applying for added aromatherapy benefits.
Dilution Notes:
This blend provides approximately a 2% dilution (28 drops in 10ml), suitable for most adults.
For sensitive skin, reduce to 14-18 drops total (1% dilution).
Safety Tips:
Do not apply undiluted oils to skin or ingest.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Consult a doctor if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
Perform a patch test to check for skin sensitivity.
Avoid using oils like clove, cinnamon leaf, oregano, or wintergreen in this blend, as they can be irritating to the skin even when diluted.
