The older I get, the more I ache and pain.
Everyone has those days when you do just a little too much physical activity that you are not used to, like cutting wood, moving furniture, or maybe just walking a lot, and the end result can be dreadful, especially if you hurt for a day or two after.
Some of us suffer from arthritis, and there are days when it seems there isn't much that helps that "deep inside ache".
This oil recipe has brought me some relief; maybe it will help you, too.

Ingredients:
8 drops Peppermint essential oil – Cooling, refreshing.
6 drops Wintergreen essential oil – Warming, soothing.
5 drops Balsam Copaiba essential oil – Calming, supportive.
5 drops Clove essential oil – Warm, circulatory boost.
4 drops Balsam Fir essential oil – Grounding, relaxing.
4 drops Lemon essential oil – Bright, fresh.
3 drops Vetiver essential oil – Earthy, calming.
3 drops Eucalyptus Radiata or Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil – Herbal, minty.
4 drops Helichrysum essential oil – Soothing, restorative (added here).
Carrier oil – Fill the rest of the 10 ml rollerball with fractionated coconut oil (about 9 ml, slightly less now with the added oil).
Instructions
Add all the essential oil drops to a 10 ml glass rollerball bottle.
Top off with fractionated coconut oil, leaving a tiny bit of headspace.
Secure the rollerball top and cap, then shake gently to blend.
Let it sit for a few hours (optional) for the scents to meld.
