Sinus Pressure Relief Rollerball Recipe

Updated: Sep 9

There isn't much that is more miserable than sinus pain. Everything hurts: your eyes, teeth, and your face. It's almost impossible to get comfortable enough to rest. Allergies can bring on sinus pressure, but a simple head cold can also trigger the issue. Some of the over-the-counter medications you can take may help, but there could also be side effects like drowsiness, a foggy head, and upset stomach. At times, the side effects may not be worth it.

Here is an essential oil rollerball recipe that may help.

Ingredients:

10 drops Peppermint essential oil – Cooling, decongestant, and opens up breathing passages.

8 drops Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil – Clears nasal congestion and supports respiratory relief.

6 drops Rosemary essential oil – Stimulates circulation, reduces inflammation, and aids sinus drainage.

4 drops Lavender essential oil – Calms tension and soothes headache-like pressure.

Carrier oil – Fill the rest of the 10 ml rollerball bottle with a carrier like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil (about 9 ml).

Instructions

Add the essential oil drops to a 10 ml glass rollerball bottle.

Top off with your chosen carrier oil, leaving a small space at the top.

Secure the rollerball top and cap, then shake gently to mix thoroughly.
